Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most locations within India.
If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been received
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or operational disruptions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Morbiom may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and shipping details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect contact information
- Customer unavailability
the shipment may be returned to us. - Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:
Take photographs before opening the package.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and supporting images.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Morbiom shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
